Sugiro que possa ver chakra interno também, já que na regra ( https://narutothegames.forumeiros.com/t50572-doujutsus ) fala apenas sobre o chakra externo. Vide o link; http://naruto.wikia.com/wiki/Rinnegan e, especificamente, este trecho:

Adicionar também que não vê através de obstruções, como afirmado no trecho acima.

Hagoromo;

Sugiro que seja adicionado um bônus de chakra ao personagem (algo por volta de 300 está bom), visto que é o fundador do Ninshu e, além disso, criador dos tesouros sagrados; equipamentos que requerem uma alta quantia de chakra por parte dos usuários, podendo matar aquele que os usa mesmo não sendo capaz. Hagoromo não apresentou nenhum problema ao usá-los.

A propósito, creio que essa sugestão tenha que ser postada la na área de correção de regras, pois o que tu sugeriu aqui ou já é assim ou é bem óbvio pra precisar de aprovação grupal.
